Crunchy Granola Bars





Just made these...and they came out really well! I swapped the honey for agave nectar because honey becomes toxic when heated. I think maple syrup would be good too. I used a combo of almonds, walnuts and coconut and butter instead of oil. I don't think they'll last long. :)
