Crack Potatoes

This recipe was a Pinterest find.  I've been drooling over it for a couple months and finally decided I would just break down and make it.  It was a huge hit in our house.  You can find the original recipe here.  I made subtle changes to make it more to my liking,, Warning: Do not make these if you are on a diet! Or atleast make them when there are a lot of people around to eat them so that you dont eat them all yourself! Seriously :D
