Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast

I made this last week , and it turned out really good. I used the sauce at the bottom of the crock pot and made a gravy out of it using cornstarch. I served it with roasted carrots and potatoes. The juice that this creates is amazing. May serve over brown rice next time,,  This was easy and delicious! :)
