The Amazing Amish Cinnamon Bread





I made this recipe tonight and it came out very moist and had a nice rise to it. I used half butter (1 stick) as well as a half cup of vanilla yogurt to make it somewhat lower in fat. I also used less sugar, and it still tastes good but I think it's important to make sure you really use up all the cinnamon-sugar part of the recipe because that gives it the nice flavor..
