Beautiful Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Wreath

I didn't have enough bacon, so I used diced ham for a few of the croissants, and it was delicious! This fed 3 adults almost perfectly. If I have more people to serve, I would use more eggs, make a second ring, or just serve with a side,,  It was sooo easy and very good! Going to spend more time and make it "prettier" for family when everyone comes for a visit this summer - it's that good and unusual,, :)
